@AustinRegional very strange experience at Farwest today. Went to get Covid tested and a woman with minimal PPE came to car looking like a rag doll. Took our names. Administered the test with gloves but touched both my husband and I lips with the same glove. Didn’t verify DOB

@AustinRegional on our way home I was like “that was super weird”. Did we get Covid tested from a random person at the clinic? I’m mortified. They are short staffed but still no credentials nothing. Weird weird weird

1hr 28min later and learned this @ATT is shipping equipment to me (in my name) but not to me (a technician) for a move that requires no change in equipment (so, receiving (not receiving) something in my name that is meant for someone else), and was told 1month ago no technician
1hr 23min...still talking to the most incompetant people with no answer
