I know it’s late but while I have your attention, we will not forget the way @SenSchumer and @SenGillibrand (as chair of the DSCC) utterly abandoned and wrote off @AngieNixon because they lack the competence and imagination to comprehend that a candidate like Angie can win in a state like Florida. I’m so glad she is running again and I will work my ass off to make certain she has the resources she needs to win. And when she does, she will owe these centrist clowns N O T H I N G.

Worth saying: credit to the Attorneys General offices, small law firms, and nonprofits who fought the corruption of this administration when our largest law firms hid or capitulated. Their heroic work stopped the worst abuses of this Administration and protected millions of Americans from harm.

The First Amendment protects a Catholic preschool's right to teach its faith. And the Court has protected religious schools against exclusion from public programs simply for being religious.
But Colorado says every participating preschool must offer equal access, including to children with LGBTQ parents. The schools argue other enrollment preferences make that rule unfair. That's the legal dispute.
Here's the human question: What does a four-year-old learn about loving their neighbor when a school tells them their family doesn't belong?
