Tension is building between supports of Linda Mwananchi Movement Presidential candidate Edwin Sifuna and those of Wiper Patriotic Front PL Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka following the activities at Wamunyoro residence. After Sifuna visited Rigathi Gachagua at his residence, Kalonzo Musyoka did the same yesterday tagging along DEP PL Eugene Wamalwa. It is the sitting arrangement and respect accorded to Kalonzo Musyoka that got Sifuna supporters worried. Riggy G reportedly appeared to respect Kalonzo Musyoka more than Edwin Sifuna even appearing to offer him a seat bessied him, sitting and chatting together something that was not the same for Sifuna. Sifuna is the most popular opposition candidate and who is widely expected to fly the flag of the outfit in 2027 general elections has continued to spark anger and undertones both within the opposition outfit and the government with manny referring to him as juvenile. Rigathi Gachagua has insisted that the opposition will produce one candidate but for us , it must be Edwin Sifuna or nothing. He represents the present and the future! Will Kalonzo Musyoka agree to deputise Edwin Sifuna?
