Not often I have a rant on social media but appalling service tonight from @British_Airways who cancelled our GLA-LHR-JFK flights at less than 24 hours notice, alternative offered arrives after a cruise departing Sunday lunchtime. Despite legal obligation they refuse to talk 1/2

Our Bag it, Tie it, Bin it! campaign is now out in the community. We spent a soggy, chilly afternoon siting our bag holders and QR code stickers showing where to find the nearest bin. We put some round the AstroTurf to try and solve our litter problems there too! #lfs

It’s great you offer free tickets to kids @scotrail for offpeak travel but when I can’t buy a ticket at my station and have to wait so long to buy one when I arrive that I almost miss the event I’m taking my child to - I’ll just pay the next time and skip the ticket office #fail – at Glasgow, Scotland
Shocked at poor service @ScotRail queen st station this morning - no ownership of issues from staff, no willingness to help and 20 minutes in a queue to buy a ticket as my local station unmanned - busiest time of the year - there should be conductors on the train selling tickets! – at Glasgow, Scotland

The way we work is outdated...We are still essentially working to a structure set by men for men where linear advancement is the only goal. No wonder so few women reach their full potential. I believe that this can change if we harness the instinctive and powerful female values..

No facilities at @Gatwick_Airport’s north terminal for people needing power sockets - currently perched on a window ledge trying to work on a laptop balanced on my knee - with only 1.5 hours to wait a £40 charge for lounge access too steep! Wouldn’t mind paying but not that much!
