Need Advice: Booked return flight from Frankfurt to Delhi, return leg tickets were rebooked to a day earlier. I missed the email which was asking confirmation hence no confirmation from myside, yet rebooking was done. This all resulted in No show.

AirIndia says agent rescheduled it, while Expedia/cheaptickets.de says airline did it.
What to do? What rules apply in case tickets are rebooked with confirmaiton from passenger while original flight was still in place and I was offered to purchase new tickets on spot.
seems @makemytripcare @makemytrip is not interested in giving refunds to customer, emails are unanswered and AI chat is pathetic. You say flights rebooking is possible however repatriation flights cannot be booked through your portal. how to get money back: NN7816152915690
