For the next time I forget, there is no price too low for value stocks and no price too high for growth stocks.
People like this unironically want to pull money out of the economy for the sake of sounding responsible by paying down debt.
The literal biggest threat from overly conservative politics.
Given the capital deployment environment, I don't find $CSU.TO's 19% revenue growth to be amazing. It's fine, not staggering.
Propel mentioned upsizing their credit facility next year while at the same time noting they don't want to have too much excess capacity due to fees... The interesting part is that in the next year FCF & existing capacity probably support ~25% CLAB growth or ~35% revenue growth
I love how half the people dishing on poor "Risk Management" have never had the upside situation to require "Risk management"
I hate doing DCFs or projections for Propel because a credit hiccup can easily delay the coumpounded growth by a few quarters and throw everything off... But I still think the direction and pace of growth (when on track) is probably worth more than what a price would be.
From peak:
Jan 2025 $43 at 15% CAGR
Jan 2027 $57 at consensus 14x fwd
+ ~5% in dividends
$65 in 2028... Maybe 12x forward
It's funny because despite the ~60% drawdown & shock/slowdown... It might not have been crazy to own even then.
Too soon to say but interesting.
Well, hopefully $LNR.TO ramps up the buyback next week, seems accretive and supported.
That or have some deals in sight to add to the organic growth.
Nexus $NXR.UN pricing out imminent distribution cut...
Will it get to the point where it starts pricing in an end to rate induced value decline?
Dynacor $DNG.TO earnings next week
I don't know that I'd expect fully normalized margins but think they will pick up and the cash buffer likely returns.
Still 2-3 quarters from the meaningful growth and market doesn't look like it's going to care much before it shows up.
I keep buying a microcap that could be my largest position in a few years IF it works but the thing just goes down every day recently.
On the positive side, it did the same before last Q result (and the Q was great)
Almost as if peak margins in commodities are called peak for a reason

Nobody ask Grok how much money was lost on the full lifecycle of the cybertruck experiment.
$TSLA - TESLA TO END CYBERTRUCK PRODUCTION IN MAJOR AI PIVOT
Elon Musk announced Tesla will wind down Cybertruck production by mid-2027, freeing capacity at Gigafactory Texas for Cybercab robotaxi production.
The Cybertruck fell far short of Tesla's 250,000 annual sales target.
US sales dropped 48% in 2025 to just 20,237 vehicles, with another 38% decline through September 2026.
Tesla is now doubling down on AI-powered autonomous driving as its next major growth opportunity.
Remember when the morons raised interest rates a few weeks ago?
I remember how obvious that mistake was too.
Cooper standard $CPS seems like one where a few % on auto volumes are the difference between distress and ok.
Nexus $NXR.UN payout ratio down to 95.6% with further growth to come
Might not have to cut that distribution afterall despite yields way up... 20bps
