Binance resumed all withdrawals, it took them less than 48h to make users whole and less than a 5 days to resume all withdrawals.

Fastest way to get first 1300 users in 7 days to check product market fit, is trough Instagram and TikTok.
Current returning users is around 107 users daily.
Not making money trough this one yet, gonna add stripe in a week or two once I hit at least 300 DAU.
Nobody will steal the money from your bank because there isn’t any there. It’s just air, a line in an “Excel spreadsheet” that can be rewritten.
That’s why attackers target crypto and defi protocols.
If this happened to Hyperliquid this would hurt a lot more, this shows the Binance scale and ability to cover all of it and continue operations.
I just hope HL has created some sort of safu fund aswell, if they want to operate long term.
Hyperliquid holds $7 - $8.4B, today’s binance hack was aprox $6.5B.
Based on public information on Binance hack:
1. Withdrawals are expected to reopen within 48 hours.
2. Deposits remain open
The suspected compromised laptop is the starting point for tracing the attack path, root cause analysis is still in progress.
Service Update
Deposits remain unaffected and continue to operate as normal.
Withdrawals remain paused while our team completes a security revamp of the withdrawal service and its related addresses. We expect to resume within 48 hours, and will update with further details.
The incident stems from multiple factors. Our security team is tracing the full attack path through the compromised computer which may be the entry point of the incident. A comprehensive report with the root cause will follow.
We will continue to share updates through official Binance channels.
CZ doesn’t manage Binance but he is first there to give reply and reassure users. Meanwhile those that suppose to manage are nowhere to give statement.
It’s like 2019 Binance hack was not enough, we got another one in 2026 already over $2.3B (safu fund has $1.2 to cover user losses)
