TWO TIERED JUSTICE.
🚨 Four activists caught with hammers and red paint after targeting a Barclays Bank at 2am have walked free from court with suspended prison sentences.
The group turned up at the branch at 2am wearing dark clothing with masks pulled over their faces.
Hmeera Atiqnisar and Mohammed Malik began smashing through windows with hammers while Amanda Kelly hurled red paint across the front of the building.
Brendon O'Hagan stood filming the entire attack on camera so the footage could be shared online to promote their cause.
A lone security guard working inside the premises was forced to take refuge upstairs and call for help while the building was being wrecked.
The group were then driven away from the scene by 70-year-old Alma Yaniv before being intercepted and stopped by police.
When officers searched the vehicle, they discovered two hammers, face coverings, spray paint, and material linked to the Israel and Palestine conflict.
Officers also spotted red paint splattered across Atiqnisar's clothing.
Preston Crown Court heard the activists targeted the premises in protest against the bank's links to the Israeli military.
The court heard the four main offenders had attended a Palestine Action training day before carrying out the 2am attack.
Judge Robert Altham told them they showed complete disregard to passers-by and to the people inside the building.
The four defendants, along with their 70-year-old getaway driver, were convicted of criminal damage following a trial and handed suspended prison terms.

Dean Dempster is the evil Pedophile who sexually assaulted a 6 year old girl while on duty as a police officer.
Dean was a police officer who worked for greater Manchester police. On the 29th of December 2023, Dean responded to a disturbance in Oldham. He took the 6 year old girl to a separate room under the guise of questioning her about the incident, but instead he molested and sexually assaulted her.
He was arrested the following day at work following a discussion about a formal complaint against him, and his personal phone and work phones were seized.
His home was searched and a number of items were recovered, including another iPhone, a bundle of four pairs of folded children’s underwear, shredded underwear in a bag, a disc of images, and two hard drives.
Dempster’s mobile phone and iPad were found to contain over 2,500 images of children. With over 100 of them being in the Category-A which is the worst type of images you could possible imagine.
He also had a large number of images which had been superimposed and edited to show Dean Dempster with children.
The examination of his devices suggested that Dempster had been downloading indecent images of children from the 15th of December 2021 to the 29th of December 2023.
Further analysis of his internet usage revealed he had been searching for children’s feet, and websites were accessed in December 2023 which contained content involving the feet of children.
Dean Dempster was sacked by GMP following an accelerated misconduct hearing in May 2024.
In court he pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault, six counts of making indecent images and two counts of misconduct in public office. All of which are offences against children.
In November 2024, 35 year old Dean Dempster was jailed for only 9 years.

A boy followed a girl with a knife, st*bbed her over and over, and the judge told him prison was the “last place” he should be.
Her name can’t be released. She’s 14 years old.
Neither can his. British law protects them both.
The judge’s name is Ian Lawrie KC.
Back in December 2025, the girl turned the boy down from a date.
In March, in Cirencester, he waited for her near a shop and asked her out again.
She said no again.
So he followed her... with a knife in his pocket.
He st*bbed her at least 10 times. Her neck. Her hands. Her face.
A shopkeeper tried to step in, so he st*bbed the shopkeeper too.
The judge himself called the attack “premeditated, persistent and terrifying.”
And then he told the boy: “You’re a bright lad; I’m going to impose a curfew. My own view is custody is the last place you should be.”
At an earlier hearing, he said 14-year-olds “tend to be a little bit temperamental.”
Then gave him ZERO DAYS IN PRISON!!!!!!!!!!!
Just a 12-month referral order and a 3-year restraining order.
No prison sentence. At all.
Her mother called it “DISGUSTING.”

Ayman Mohammed Al-Shammari, 28, was trying to escape being tried for terror offences in Austria when he crossed the Channel.
Yet the alleged terrorist was able to claim asylum in Britain after arriving illegally and later moved into a flat in Somerset.
Four months after arriving he entered a woman’s home in the historic market town, and in a prolonged attack, he raped her inside her bedroom.
Al-Shammari then used her shower before using Google Translate on his phone to tell her: “This is how I am in sex, do you like this or not?”

🚨⚠️ A migrant living in a London hotel accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a West End bar cried in court as he complained that his English is 'limited'.
Bashir Hotak, 23, was staying in a hotel in east London at the time of the alleged sex attack in Simmons Bar, Leicester Square, on June 29.
He appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court charged with sexual assault and assault by beating.
He was assisted by a Persian interpreter in the Dari dialect and began to cry when asked to enter pleas.
After a break, Hotak's solicitor said he could no longer represent him.
When told he needed to find new representation Hotak said: 'How? I'm not well, I have very limited English, I'm being seen by doctors and I'm on a lot of medication.'
Amanda Barron, chairing a bench of three magistrates, told him: 'You Google law firms near where you live, it's not difficult.
'You've had the opportunity of a lawyer today and he can no longer act for you.'
She adjourned the hearing until November 10 and bailed Hotak on condition he does not contact the alleged victim or go to Simmons Bar in Leicester Square.
Ms Barron said: 'Your lawyer is no longer acting for you, I'm going to give three weeks in order to be back at court which gives you time to find a new lawyer.
'It's up to you, it's your life, your responsibility.
'If you break either of those conditions you will be arrested by police and brought to court in custody and the bail position would be reviewed.'
Hotak, of east London, is charged with sexual assault on a female and assault by beating. He did not enter pleas during the hearing.
He was seen laughing and sticking up his middle finger as he left court.

Imagine you are a 7 year old little girl, waiting for your mum at a hostel in Acton, west London.
A man offers you an apple.
You say no five times.
He pulls you into his room and sexually assaults you. You manage to run away and tell your mum what happened immediately.
Afsar Safi entered the UK by small boat in 2021. He claimed that he was associated with the Taliban since he was a child himself. His application for asylum had been refused but he was appealing this when the assault took place.
His reason for assaulting a 7 year old was that it was culturally normal to kiss children where he was from.
He initially received 2.5 years for kidnap and sexual assault.
That is an appalling sentence.
On Friday, the Court of Appeal found it to be far too lenient and increased it….to 4 years.
He is likely to serve just half of that in prison and almost certainly will not be deported for “human rights” reasons.

Today, I filmed a Wakefield @UKLabour councillor mohammed ayub at a protest repeatedly shouting the word “pedo” at members of the public, while laughing alongside two younger men he brought with him. ( who are there )
I continued recording as the behaviour went on. Eventually, after noticing me filming a woman attending the protest on his own side approached him and told him to stop.
Let that sink in. It took someone from his own side to step in and tell him that his behaviour was unacceptable.
Whatever your political views, and whatever side of a protest you stand on, there is absolutely no excuse for a public representative to behave this way towards members of the public.
Councillors are elected to represent their communities, and their conduct in public matters. When someone in that position behaves like this, people have every right to question their judgement and standards.

A 27-year-old woman has been charged in connection to the shooting of a police officer in Nottingham city centre.
Aisha Zaman, has been charged with possession of a prohibited firearm and possession of that firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence.

🚨This is Judge Gary Woodhall.
He sentenced Alan Clutterbuck - who had 34,569 indecent images of children, including of babies and toddlers - to a three-year community order instead of prison.
The judge said it was “the best way to get rehabilitation” and protect the public.
Clutterbuck had previous convictions for similar offences and had admitted ongoing sexual attraction to children.
Police recovered Category A images of infants.
A community order, unpaid work, and a lifetime order. For that volume of material.
Ask yourself: does this sentence match the seriousness of the offending? And does the public have confidence that the most serious child-image cases are being treated as such?

This delightful human Naeem Qureshi drove a car onto the pavement in Bradford aiming his deadly weapon at a group of school children.
He admits this.
He then fled the scene.
But don't worry folks.
He was sent down for 12 months (3 at most) and because of previous driving convictions banned for 85 months despite being already banned from driving.
Luckily none of the children were seriously hurt but one child was hit.
