I don’t wanna trade Breece but if it happens just give me a 3rd round pick & i’ll be ok
Interesting news coming out of the #Seahawks, Breece Hall has emerged as a potential target.
He needs to be a Jets target next free agency
𝗥𝗨𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗦: The Eagles have been receiving trade calls on DL Moro Ojomo, per @AlbertBreer
They have been telling teams he’s not available for trade.

#Jets rookie Omar Cooper Jr. has been ridiculously efficient against man coverage this season.
His 121 yards rank second among rookie pass catchers, despite running just 16 routes against man.
His 7.6 yards per route leads ALL NFL pass catchers (min. 15 routes), while his +80 receiving yards over expected ranks second, trailing only teammate Garrett Wilson (+81).

He died for U. ✝️
Miami running back Mark Fletcher Jr. made that message impossible to miss, lifting his jersey to reveal “HE DIED FOR U” during the Hurricanes’ 52–23 win over Pittsburgh.

Jets need to find and develop an elite interior defensive tackle & there’s 2 first round talents in this upcoming draft that i love
#Bears GM Ryan Poles, on trading for Jeffery Simmons, says that going back to 2018, every Super Bowl champion has had a high-level DT—and believes that’s vital for a team that wants to win it all.

Stand on that woe💯
Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty on facing the Jets: “I think we can definitely get the run game going, get back on track and just really get after these guys. Couple of guys out there that don’t really want to tackle, but I’m not going to say names.” (Via Raiders team website) #Jets
Jeanty is averaging 3.1 yards per rush.
Ollie Gordon had a field day with us.
Ashton Jeanty is going to feel like he’s back at Boise State on Sunday
The same people who were saying Braelon Allen sucks are now switching up on Breece Hall😂
This fan base be so quick to switch up on their own players smh. BREECE HALL IS GOOD AT FOOTBALL & he shouldn’t be traded

Look I’m not going to shake the Mike Tomlin tree until I know he’s even willing to take a coaching interview, but if you’re unwilling to to entertain the idea of a coach that never won less than 8 games in 16 years because he couldn’t develop Kenny Pickett, then idk what to say.

I really think Darren Mougey deserves a third year as the #Jets' GM, and the more I look at his body of work, the more confident I feel about that.
Look, the record is awful. 5-19 is unacceptable. But when I evaluate Mougey individually, I see a GM who has done a pretty damn good job of building a young foundation and putting this franchise in a much better position for the future.
Look at the draft classes. Membou, Mason Taylor, AZ Thomas, David Bailey, Kenyon Sadiq, Omar Cooper Jr. All guys who have already shown legitimate promise, with several looking like long-term building blocks.
Then look at the value he's found elsewhere. Minkah Fitzpatrick for a seventh-round pick. T'Vondre Sweat for Jermaine Johnson. Dane Belton, Kingsley Enagbare, etc. He's consistently found ways to improve the roster without sacrificing significant resources.
And perhaps most importantly, look at the assets he's accumulated. Three first-round picks and a second for Sauce and Quinnen. The Jets are sitting on a ridiculous amount of draft capital with an opportunity to completely reshape this franchise.
I also like that Mougey recognized some of the flaws in his approach from Year 1 and adjusted. That's something I value in a GM.
There's still a lot he has to prove, especially when it comes to finding a franchise quarterback. But I think he's earned the opportunity to see this through and hire his own head coach.
The Jets have a lot of problems right now. I just don't think Mougey is near the top of that list.
