All nine current justices of the Texas Supreme Court are Republicans, and there had not been a Democrat elected to the bench since the 1990s. TONIGHT WE REPLACED FOUR OF THEM WITH DEMOCRATS! If one resigns in Governor HInjosa's four years, they will be replaced with a Democrat, and we will have the majority on the Texas Supreme Court for the first time in over 100 years.
