2 years in, we had a churn problem.
Clients were leaving after 9 to 12 months.
The reason: We built engagements around milestones. Clients hit them and had no reason to stay.
The solution: Shift everything toward recurring value. Churn dropped. LTV went up.
Finance is not a one-time project. It’s ongoing.
Make sure your scope reflects that.
