I just noticed a possible rug/scam.
a product claimed to allow ordinary people to fund real estate development & earn a share of the profits.
they stayed about two years, recently they:
> deleted all their x tweets.
> rebranded the page changed pfp & username.
> disabled their sign up webapp.
> have only $29 sitting on their token liquidity pool.
> building a new product that's on waitlist stage rn.
I hope it's not what I'm thinking, still investigating btw & will drop full gist later.

during infofi era, projects used to reward top 1k in the lb & only 3k - 4k creators participate.
then we even have new people joining crypto.
nowadays, project are rewarding top 50 but there'll be 10k participants.
and peeps are leaving the space every day.
is that y'all now have 4 kids to feed or you've not been making money at all?

Most times, the mistake we make is thinking nobody is seeing our content because the views are low.
Then we stop talking about that thing we are known for.
All we’ve done is slow down our own growth because someone is actually reading. Someone needs that information, even if they don’t engage.
When opportunities around RWA start coming up, people will naturally look for those who have been talking about it consistently.
When someone searches for RWA, there’s a chance your page comes up because you’ve built your content around that niche.
There are opportunities everywhere, but they often go to people who have built knowledge around that particular space.
3–10 views is still a view.
And what’s the point of having 100 of engagements if none of them can translate into anything meaningful? 🤷🏾♂️
I use to make educational contents on real world assets back to back.
but overtime, almost nobody was paying attention to that.
so I couldn't let my page die on that, so I decided to talk about other stuffs.
so I can keep my page alive & as well make money.
many peeps in the niche unfollowed me because of that.
today, projects are now giving grants to independent rwa educationists.
they're massively supporting their content but hardly hire them btw.
those that do comes with commission based payments than real offers.
to some extent, it's great to see we're getting some support & more creators are pivoting to making RWAs content.
I will get back my education et research arc soon but with a mix of personality & probably from another dimension.
