I will be speaking with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his team this week to discuss Starshield, sanctions, and other matters pertaining to the defense of our strong ally, Ukraine. I will be assuring President Zelenskyy that anyone who attempts to limit the use of Starshield for Ukraine will be fully investigated and will be held fully accountable, to include public congressional oversight hearings, and immediate harsh and punitive budget cuts to any responsible agency or agency head.
Congress will unequivocally reaffirm that Ukraine is an indispensable ally to the United States, that Russia is a self-declared enemy of the United States, and that the United States will 100% support and defend the people of Ukraine in their fight for their own freedom against this brutal, illegal, and unprovoked Russian invasion.
The United States must provide any and all defensive equipment that Ukraine needs to defend itself. The United States must not import a single drop of Russian oil. Sanctions against the Russian regime must be harsher and stronger than they’ve ever been before. Each and every one of these items will be brought to the House Floor—and each and every one of these items will pass on the House Floor by an overwhelming margin.

This man, @mrddmia, who is suggesting I be shot, was in the mix to be President Trump's next Attorney General after he fired Pam Bondi for not prosecuting more of his political opponents. He is now at a MAGA dark money group, mobilizing death threats against me and my staff for sport.
This shouldn’t be controversial: if you aid in stealing taxpayer money or directing it to enrich President Trump or his family, then you should be held accountable for that crime. That’s what I said, and I stand by it.
And if you use the justice system for frivolous lawsuits used to intimidate and jail your political opponents, you should be held accountable for that via your bar status. No abuse of power and not violating the law? Then we have no problem.
We know most Republican politicians are desperate to change the topic from their failing agenda. That’s how this kind of coordinated right-wing media play works. The threats and intimidation — of me, my staff, and my family — *are the point* of this kind of play. This dude and so many others are just hoping that we'll shut up in response.

On September 15, @ICEgov arrested Oscar Evaristo Nunez, an illegal alien from Honduras, who had previously been charged for filming an undressed minor and TWO counts of aggravated sexual battery of a victim under 13 years old.
Nunez, despite having been arrested for child sex crimes last year, was RELEASED by sanctuary politicians in Fairfax County.
Once again, ICE did the job that these callous sanctuary politicians won’t do: enforce the law and protect Americans.

🛑 Border Patrol Chase Through Palm Springs 🛑
Now that I have the full video, here is my own edit of the Border Patrol chase in Palm Springs, California. The video shows the driver using his vehicle as a weapon against agents. He was very lucky to make it out alive.
Border Patrol started the traffic stop near Gene Autry Trail and Vista Chino. Palm Springs police said none of their officers were involved and they were never told Border Patrol would be in the city. Cathedral City police said the chase entered their city at about 8:29 a.m. and was called off inside city limits. No one was hurt and there were no crashes.
This is what happens under SB 54, California's sanctuary law, which keeps local police from helping federal immigration agents. Federal agents are left to work alone, and nobody calls to tell them what's going on.
More than three months later, Border Patrol still hasn't told local reporters why agents made the stop or who was behind the wheel. I've asked DHS for a statement on who they were chasing, why it called for a pursuit through two cities, and whether the driver was ever caught.
