I was definitely thinking about the diagnostic possibilities. If we find that it is a highly specific test, maybe that could avoid an upfront biopsy, which has the theoretical possibility of leading to progression. Exceptional work from @CelsoMello15 team!

In this study, we identified a high prevalence of CTCs in pts with desmoid tumor, with concordance of β-catenin expression between primary tumor and the CTCs, which can open new avenues for studying the biology and behavior of DT.
