I booked a Mahindra XUV 7XO AX Petrol nearly 3 months ago, based on the salesman’s commitments. Now, after keeping me waiting for months, they are going back on their promises. I was told my car was billed on 12 October and would reach the showroom within a week. I was asked to arrange the down payment and keep my loan ready. Trusting these commitments, I even sold my existing car! The salesman has no solution, his team leader is giving me misleading explanations, and the GM is not answering my calls or calling me back. Today is the third day I have been trying to get a response from the GM! Despite multiple complaints to customer care and a special email being sent regarding my car, there has been no concrete action or resolution—only excuses and assurances. @anandmahindra, is this how Mahindra treats its customers? I demand immediate intervention and a concrete resolution within 24 hours, failing which I will initiate legal action against Mahindra & Mahindra. Stop making false promises.
