Pauline Hanson is upset at ON getting a new staffer that she's been arguing for. UH? Did I read that right? OF COURSE I FKN DID, Hanson is having a Hughesy. So, let me get this straight. OH, BEFORE WE START, let's hear from DAVID FARLEY himself: "Any suggestion that staffing resources or water policy outcomes could be used as an inducement to influence my political position is both disrespectful and misguided." - David Farley (Michelle Grattan, Mirage News, 30/10/2026). RIGHT. NOW THAT WE HAVE THAT OUT OF THE WAY... 𖧀 David Farley offered an additional staffer → REFUSES IT. 𖧀 BARNABY JOYCE offered an additional staffer → ACCEPTS IT. UH? Farley to Peta Credlin: "He [Albo] generously offered me, unsolicited, a staffer, a high-level staffer which, quite frankly, I need." - Credlin, News24, 29/10/2026. Credlin asks Farley whether Murray-Darling funding was offered in exchange for supporting the government's water buybacks. FARLEY REPLIES: "NO." - Reported 30/10/2026. OOPS! Now, let's examine this extraordinary staffer scandal, shall we? The staff allocation was NOT unique to Farley. The Prime Minister's office confirmed that BARNABY JOYCE received the same offer. Joyce ACCEPTED his additional staffer. Farley was reportedly the ONLY lower-house crossbencher without an additional personal staff member. - ABC News, 29/10/2026. Oh dear. THIS IS STARTING TO LOOK LIKE SPIN, GINGER. And here's where it gets even more interesting. Albanese meets with crossbenchers ALL THE TIME. THIS IS A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD. It's called consultation, Pauline. You know, that thing governments are SUPPOSED to do? Meeting with Farley is NOT unusual. Additionally, Farley and Albanese had an established relationship LONG BEFORE Farley entered Parliament as a One Nation MP. Farley himself confirmed that Albanese had helped him during the live cattle dispute. Their recent private meetings were therefore NOT meetings between strangers. A THORN IN HANSON'S SIDE? Bleat. Bleat. Furthermore, here is a VERY SMALL selection of crossbenchers and political opponents Albanese has met with (on record): • Kate Chaney • Allegra Spender • Zali Steggall • Helen Haines • Dai Le • David Pocock • Jacqui Lambie AND... WAIT FOR IT... RALPH BUBBA BABET! LOL. And that's just a selection. There are MANY MORE meetings ON RECORD. IT IS NOT UNUSUAL, PAULINE. Now, here's what I SUSPECT is actually going on. Hanson is PISSED that Farley STILL maintains a longstanding working relationship with Albanese. Could this be making Hanson and James Ashby nervous? THINK: DEFECTION. Farley's relationship with Albanese predates his membership of One Nation, and reports of a potential defection have already circulated. So, is Pauline worried about losing one of her shiny new MPs? Is this sudden OUTRAGE an opportunity for Hanson and Ashby to grab media attention AND haul Farley back into line? That's our reading of it. Especially when Farley's own comments don't exactly reinforce the picture Hanson is desperately trying to paint. And let's not forget: ONE NATION HAS BEEN DEMANDING MORE STAFFERS FOR MONTHS. Albanese offers an additional staffer to Farley. Farley says he NEEDS 𖧀 one. 𖧀 𖧀 Barnaby Joyce has ALREADY ACCEPTED an additional staffer. But Pauline? SQUEAL. SQUEAL. SQUEAL. Apparently, additional staffing is wonderful when you're demanding it, but becomes a sinister political conspiracy when Albanese actually OFFERS it. AND THESE ARE STAFFERS THAT WE, THE TAXPAYERS, FUND. Now, while we're on the subject of STAFFERS... Let's not forget Pauline's Paltry Party and her DAUGHTER, LEE HANSON. Employed as a senior adviser to One Nation's NSW Senator Sean Bell, who was parachuted in from Queensland. But where does Lee work? TASMANIA! UH? And according to The Guardian's investigation of 16 September 2026, Lee Hanson was working remotely from Tasmania WITHOUT the required ministerial approval for that alternative work base. OH, THE IRONY. Before the cookers start frothing, we've covered this from the staffing NEED all the way through to WORK FROM HOME arrangements. Don't even try. SO, TO SUMMARISE: • Albanese meets with an MP he has known for years. • He offers that MP a staffer. • The MP acknowledges the offer was GENEROUS and that he actually NEEDS the staffer. • Another One Nation MP, Barnaby Joyce, ACCEPTS a comparable staffing allocation. • Farley explicitly rejects the suggestion that staffing or water policy could influence his political position. And Pauline Hanson turns the whole thing into a political soap opera about grubby dealings and sinister influence. All while demanding MORE STAFFERS. HANSON IS GRANDSTANDING.
