Yes bro, heck we are doing the same thing as managers😭😭 "Fix code" "Do fast" "Production error, fix it, make no mistakes" "Is this feasible, make it work" "Fix UI, it's shit"

Many people are saying "Cursor is just for editing" - in that case why not use Zed or VS Code? Why do you guys use cursor? I'm super curious

Once you start coding using AI, your mind can't even think of writing a loop by yourself. AI won't take our job because they work better than us, it will take our job because we will stop thinking and using our brain due to AI.

xitter.gq/yihui_indie/status/211… Yihui launched Skillry one month ago with 400+ active paid subscriptions and $12,037 revenue in 30 days, crossing the monthly 10k USD mark!! TLDR; Before writing a single line he forces two answers: (1) What’s the actual business model that already works? (2) How do the first paying customers show up, and can I copy that? For Skillry the answer was “sell aesthetic templates/skills that AI coding tools can call directly, via subscription.” not another skill directory. AI-generated templates have that plastic feel and developers will pay for taste. Same old business as Tailwind UI ($299 one-time, $2M+ in 5 months), Magic UI / Aceternity UI (lifetime deals + pure X demos doing $60–100k/month), and 21st .dev (MCP into Codex/Claude Code). He used BizPeel to pull real last-30-day numbers on 7 peers and the pattern was brutal: > old one-time template plays (ShipFast still looks legendary at $1.27M cumulative but only $1.7k last 30 days; God of Prompt MRR dropping and listed for sale) are sunset > the ones still printing are “subscription + feed it straight into the AI tool” (Sleek $16k+/30d, TypeUI growing, Skillry itself) > focused deliverables crush generic ones. TypeUI (generic components) did ~$3.4k. Skillry (complete aesthetic pages, decks, promo animations you can actually ship) did $12k. Low Content AI just targets Amazon KDP sellers and clears $15k/30d with almost no broad SEO The main unlock is this: Reverse engineer a product, see if you can agentify it (make it available for codex/claude code). Usually what most of us(including me) do is build and then pray. Highly recommend to read the original article.

如果祖先目录还有 CLAUDE.md,也可能影响 AGENTS.md 的加载。迁移时记得检查父级目录和子目录的指令文件。 坑 3:AGENTS.md ≠ .claude/agents/。 README.md 给人看,AGENTS.md 给 Agent 看。 你们现在是各维护一套,还是已经统一到 AGENTS.md 了?

Last month, 52% of the pull requests our team merged were automated through SuperPlane. Today, we’re launching @superplanehq 1.0: an open source software factory for engineering teams. We built it because using a coding agent can feel like becoming its assistant. Starting sessions. Checking its work. Chasing failing CI. SuperPlane takes on that coordination: - Scans your backlog and proactively picks up tickets suited to automation. - Runs a coding agent and verifies the result. Works through CI failures and review feedback. - Your team reviews the evidence and decides what ships. The setup, instructions, and standards are shared across the team. When someone improves the process, everyone benefits. Choose your agents and models. Run it on your own infrastructure. We spent more than a decade building CI/CD at Semaphore. We’ve seen how much teams can accomplish when routine work runs reliably in the background. Now we’re bringing that approach to coding agents. Here’s how it works:

Every lab is pushing a cheaper version of its top model right now, Terra for OpenAI and reportedly Hydrogen for Google Terra already showed that half the price doesn't always mean half the bill If Hydrogen gets close to Argon without burning extra tokens, Google might actually win this round
Gemini 4 Flash has just surfaced internally, codenamed "Hydrogen".

The biggest unlock for junior engineers: a database isn’t a black box. It’s a system with its own network, cache, and core logic. Postgres: Network → TCP, process-per-connection, pooling Cache → shared_buffers, OS page cache, thrashing Core → B-tree inserts, page splits, WAL

GPT-6.1 Terra just launched. Main pitch is fast computer use at lower cost. It can see what’s on screen and take actions across apps. Still too early for real tests, but the interesting part is the everyday stuff that used to need a human clicking around. Filling forms, moving data between tools, basic research then acting on it, editing things inside actual apps. If it holds up, a lot of the small repetitive work that eats time could finally get cheaper and less fragile. "But Opus can do it better" - yes ofc, but Opus isn't cheap. Low end models are enterprise favourites for a reason xitter.gq/OpenAI/status/21147807…
GPT-6.1 Terra: delivering fast and capable computer use at a lower price. GPT-6.1 Terra understands what’s on screen, takes action across apps, writes naturally, and is a more capable model for your whole workday with the efficiency to take on more of it.

People were dissing about Terra that it should be removed. But I think Terra & Anthropic's Haiku will have a user base. Low end models need to find the right adaptive use cases. But yeah, it shouldn't be for these flashy video-graphic demoes. Hope this has a reasonable consumption of credits.

X ALGORITHM UPDATE 🚨 X just stopped cutting new posts first, and that should help small accounts (I check it daily with Claude and share updates worth sharing with you) tl;dr: - X can only check 2,800 posts each time you open your feed - new posts used to be last in line, so they got cut first - now everything gets cut equally, new posts included - posts labeled low quality or misinfo now show a warning, and people can't like, reply or share them - no score changes this time lesson learned: your new posts now get a fair chance to be seen. Your first 2 hours still matter most. full details: - How it worked until this week Every time someone opens For You, X collects around 3,700 posts it could show them: posts from people they follow, popular posts, posts liked by similar people, and brand new posts. But X only has time to check 2,800 of them. So it just took the first 2,800 in line. Brand new posts were at the back of the line. When there were too many, they were the ones left out... and a post that never gets checked can't be shown. - What changed Now everything gets cut by the same amount. 25% too many? Every type of post loses 25%, new posts included. Nobody goes first. - Why small accounts should care Those brand new posts are under 2 hours old, with under 8 likes and under 500 views. That's where most posts from smaller accounts are. My read: they now get a fair chance instead of being cut first. How often X actually hits the 2,800 limit isn't in the code, so I can't tell you how big the difference is. - Low quality and misinfo posts now show a warning If X labels your post as low quality or misinformation, people who don't follow you see a warning on it, and they can't like, reply, repost, bookmark or share it. The code doesn't say what gets a post that label. Here's a recap of what you should be doing: - a new post gets its extra push only in its first 2 hours and first 200 views, so post when your people are online - likes carry more weight than ever at 0.66 each - people sticking around pays, the time-spent score is 50% higher than two weeks ago - a read of 10+ seconds after someone opens your post adds 0.4 - the boost favors the post with the best like rate from its first viewers - accounts up to 50K can get one fresh original lifted to roughly 16th - nothing beats a copy link share, it scores 20 - replies, quotes and DM shares each score 5 - talk with your mutuals, replies between you score 20 instead of 5 - originals are the only posts that travel outside your follower base - the 1st and the 32nd like each open a new route to strangers - your 2nd post in the same feed is worth 62% of the first, so pick your best one - videos still need 10+ seconds to qualify for the video lists - earning a follow adds 4 - a pinned post with a bad link can flag the account for 7 days, worth a quick check What you should NOT be doing: - posts that get labeled low quality or misinfo now carry a warning, and nobody outside your followers can like or share them - video alone won't carry you, an open counts 0.02 and the watch 0 - hide-worthy posts cost more, "not interested" sits at -52.27 - a post at 3am burns its 2 hour window before anyone sees it - a tap that turns into a bounce is worth only 0.3 - replies and reposts don't get past your followers - insults get your post hidden from anyone who doesn't follow you - adult media in 3 of your last 5 posts puts a label on your account - disguised content in videos gets checked from 64 likes, harder at 512 - self-reply chains under big accounts risk being zeroed - one account label and non-followers stop seeing you entirely - low-rated links don't belong in your pinned post - recycled wording can get tagged as copypasta spam - strangers tagged plus a low quality link is a pattern X flags - engagement bait has no size exemption - several posts in a row end up competing with each other - hashtag stacks add nothing - bookmarks are still worth 0 - 48 hours in, For You is finished with a post

Post your heart out ! Your biggest fear is that someone will see how much you care and find it fucking ridiculous. So you reread what you wrote, remove the sentence that feels too personal. Add a joke so nobody thinks you’re taking yourself too seriously. Eventually, it’s safe enough to post. You’ve removed everything you wanted to say. The same thing happens with niches. At first, the niche helps people find you. Then, slowly, it becomes a character you have to keep playing. You post about the same topic, in the same tone, from the same angle. Not only because the algorithm rewards consistency, but because people have started to expect a certain version of you. And once people know you that way, breaking character can feel like letting them down. You wonder what will happen if you talk about something outside your niche. Will people unfollow? Will the post perform badly? Will they decide you’re no longer credible? Will the algorithm stop knowing where to place you? But underneath those questions is often something more personal… What if people see that I’m more than the image I built? So you edit yourself back into the role. You remove the story that doesn’t fit, turn the opinion into a lesson, make the post useful enough to justify its existence. Eventually, it’s safe enough to publish. You’ve removed everything that made it yours. I think this is why people stay trapped in their niche long after it stops feeling alive. The niche is no longer just a content strategy but a protective shell. If you stay predictable or keep speaking from the same position, nobody can question who you are. Then people praise you for being consistent. But consistency can quietly become self-abandonment. You’re allowed to talk about something that doesn’t fit neatly into your content pillars. You’re allowed to have interests your audience didn’t subscribe for. You’re allowed to change your mind, try a new voice, or post from a part of your life that doesn’t support the character you’ve been playing. You can keep parts of your life private. You can also let one honest sentence through without explaining why it belongs in your niche. Your audience may have found you for one thing. That doesn’t mean you have to remain only that thing. Let people meet you while you’re still changing.
