My bet is on a chrome extension that people use for modifying Opensea website on-the-go. It would be very easy for a developer to modify the data being sent to MetaMask to migrate an order. Many people give full page access to random extensions that do trivial things.

Chrome extensions that are given full read/write access to whatever site your on can do this very easily if written to do so

My theory is that someone has a free extension that modifies OS order migration call to sign/create a free order when a person clicks to migrate an order to new contract
