Genius. They wrote a script to make a PDF look like it's printed, signed, and then scanned again. Because digital signatures are still not accepted in many places while a signed and scanned printout is.
This is hacking bureaucracy. I love it!

So everyone in my division is remote for a month and I AM LOVING IT. Everyone is struggling with mics and cams, everyone is learning how to use collaboration tools, virtual whiteboards, screensharing, VS Live Share, and the result is gonna be a better more empathic team!
