One of the features I’m proud of is how answers in Qurius AI cite the exact pages or FAQs used. This builds trust with both founders and customers. Transparency is essential in support. #buildinpublic #indiehacker #saas #aiassistant

Tidio is great if someone's watching a live chat inbox. Most small SaaS teams don't have that person. A chat nobody answers is worse than an email. So I wrote an honest Tidio vs Qurius breakdown, including when Tidio is the better pick: qurius.app/blog/tidio-altern…

Honest question for small SaaS founders still handling support themselves: Would you rather pay per AI resolution… or a flat monthly that doesn’t punish you for volume? I wrote up when Fin wins and when flat pricing fits better. #buildinpublic #indiedev #saasfounder
Intercom Fin: $0.99 per outcome, plus helpdesk seats from $29/mo. Qurius: free plan with email handoff, then flat $29, $59 or $99 a month. Which fits a small SaaS team, and when Fin is the better choice: qurius.app/blog/intercom-fin…

This week's debate: SaaS goes free, and you pay per task an AI agent finishes. Support tools already do it: pay per resolved ticket. Fine at scale. With 10 customers I'd rather know the bill upfront. A good month shouldn't cost more. So Qurius is flat: $29 for 2,000 messages.

In 2026, "I built an app" is starting to sound a lot like "I made a PowerPoint."

DocsBot is a good tool. I still wrote a comparison, because small SaaS teams keep wondering the same thing: what happens when the assistant doesn't know? With Qurius, it says so and emails you the question and the customer details. Even on the free plan. You never have to worry about your assistant "making things up". Honest breakdown, pricing included: qurius.app/blog/docsbot-alte… #buildinpublic #indiedev

Building in public, week of Oct 26: - Shipped: Knowledge-gap → Write FAQ in the dashboard, plus the SiteGPT alternative post - Fixed: Response for “Do I need to know how to code?” was right but dead-ended — now it points to the walkthrough and live demo - Learned: Correct text isn’t enough. If there’s no next click, the answer still feels unfinished - Numbers: 18 sites tried qurius.app/try If you tried it on your site, tell me the question it fumbled. That's next week's work. #buildinpublic #indiedev #saas #aiassistant

I'm a solo SaaS founder so I'm still the support team. Here's how I'd set up support at 0-10 people without hiring or buying a helpdesk 👇🏾

6/ If you add AI, make it answer only from your docs, show the source, and hand off when it isn't sure. A confident wrong answer is worse than none.

7/ That last part is why I built Qurius: answers from your docs with sources, and an email to you when it can't. Free to start, try it on your site at qurius.app/try

Your support inbox is also a landing page audit. Every "does it do X?" before signup is a sentence missing from your homepage. Every "how do I…" after signup is a step missing from onboarding. I keep a running note of both and fix one a week. #buildinpublic #indiedev #solofounder

I wrote an honest SiteGPT vs Qurius comparison, including where SiteGPT is the better pick: lots of integrations, live takeover from an iOS app, and multiple bots at scale. If you're a small SaaS that wants a free plan, answers with cited sources, and an email handoff when the assistant can't find the answer in your docs, that's what Qurius is built for. qurius.app/blog/sitegpt-alte…

SiteGPT: no free plan, 7-day trial with a card, Starter $59/mo ($39/mo billed yearly). Qurius: free plan with email handoff, Starter $29/mo for 2,000 messages. Full comparison, including when SiteGPT is the better fit: qurius.app/blog/sitegpt-alte…

Cheap founder support habit that works: Every time a question shows up a 3rd time, it goes into the docs that day. Not "later." After a month your docs read like a list of everything users actually get stuck on. Then you know what to improve. #buildinpublic #saas #indiedev
