It's been a busy few weeks for all our students - tasty Easter treats S1 decorated biscuits and created krispie cakes #RISE

Great start to week @dgs_he from S3 classes completing the National 3 Practical Cookery exam. Excellent focus on knife skills, cookery processes, testing for readiness and presentation. 👏

The Catering & Events team has had another busy week, serving Christmas themed cakes, popcorn, and drinks for Xmas Dances and the S6 show. Fantastic effort well done 👏 #Rise
