A fitting picture for today on 9/11. Crazy to think they weren’t alive to experience that day. The mighty Mo is in the background.
One of my favorite pics from Hawaii. Many thanks to those who serve/served. #pearlharbor #mightymo #ussarizona

Glad you will remember the man and not the disease. Heroes shouldn’t have go through journeys like that, but unfortunately it’s not our decision to make. We just get to decide how we remember the hero. Godspeed
After my 30 mile run. #50k #ultrarunning I finished but was slower than I had hoped. Did the Tiger Mountain Trail out and back. Under 8 hours. 30 miles 6,450 feet of gain. A good butt kicking for sure.
The start of my non race 50k- ok 30 mile run on Tiger Mountain. #50k #ultrarunning

Rest In Peace to my friend, my captain, my brother, my hero. You inspired us all by the way you lived. I love you, and I can’t wait to see you again. Forever #TylerStrong.
