General purpose AI can write emails and draft presentations but can it run a supply chain? That was the question our co-founder and CEO, @SohamChokshi, sat down to answer with Shruti Mishra on @CNBCTV18News's Startup Street, talking about Shipsy Brain, the logistics intelligence layer behind our AI agents. Most general-purpose AI models are trained on the public internet but does not contain enough context to actually create value for dynamic industries such as Logistics. Shipsy Brain is trained on 5+ billion shipments and 50+ billion operational events from real logistics operations. It powers agents for document validation, address intelligence, anomaly detection, routing and settlement management. As Soham put it, this kind of scale gives the model an edge on the three things that matter most: accuracy, speed, and cost. To know more about its capabilities and what it means for the industry, watch the full conversation👇 #LogisticsAI #Enterprise #ShipsyBrain #AI
🚚Can #AI go from tracking shipments to running supply chains? @Shipsy_AI launches #ShipsyBrain, built on data from 5 Bn+ shipments and 1.5 Bn #logistics decisions @SohamChokshi tells @ShrutiMishra_ how autonomous AI agents could reshape logistics & the economics of #AgenticAI.

The world's most interesting logistics AI company. @Shipsy_AI has fully transitioned to AI. First customer was India's largest company. 10 customers with over $1m ACV. Largest customer $3.5m ACV. NDR 158%. Landing ACV $350k. 90% of pipeline in EU and US. In the ET article below @SohamChokshi shares the key aspects of Shipsy Brain that was just launched. Shipsy Brain is a fine-tuned model purpose-built for logistics. It builds on insights from more than 5 billion shipments, 50 billion operational events, and 1 billion decisions processed through the Shipsy platform. We simply cant be more excited about the trajectory of this company from our 4th cohort of @_surgeahead @abhishek_mohan @peakxvpartners
We just launched Shipsy Brain, and I want to tell you why it exists. Most logistics systems were built to record what happened. But the actual decisions still happen outside the system, in spreadsheets, emails, phone calls, and people’s heads. That’s what we’re changing with Shipsy Brain, our fine-tuned model purpose-built for logistics. It builds on insights from more than 5 billion shipments, 50 billion operational events, and 1 billion decisions processed through the Shipsy platform. It powers agents that can: 1)Resolve suspicious orders by contacting customers and guiding drivers 2)Validate proof-of-delivery documents and freight invoices 3)Detect operational risks and potential surcharge fraud 4)Take routine follow-up actions while escalating high-impact decisions to humans In one quick-commerce use case, an issue that previously left drivers waiting for 45 minutes could be resolved in about 4 minutes. This helped recover nearly 30% of revenue that might otherwise have been lost. The goal isn’t to remove humans from logistics. It’s to let machines handle the repetitive investigation, cross-checking, and coordination that humans cannot perform at scale. The final financial and customer-impacting decisions remain with people. For us, this is the shift from a system of record to a system of action, and an important step towards truly AI-native logistics operations. I talked about this in more depth with The Economic Times. Data is abundant. Timely decisions are not. Shipsy Brain turns fragmented logistics signals into the next best action with people in control when it matters. From systems of record to systems of action. Years in the making. Still Day 1.

The first decisions often shape the longest journeys. ✔️The first product choices. ✔️The first hires. ✔️The first customers. ✔️The first markets. ✔️The design choices and hard decisions that shape everything after. At Surge, we partner with founders at this stage, with up to $5M in seed funding, dedicated investment team, company-building support and a community built for the early journey. If you’re building something truly ambitious, we’d love to hear from you! @madhavchanchani writes about Surge, our approach to seed investing, and what’s next in @thearc_hq . Shipsy has been acknowledged in the 2026 Gartner® Market Guide for Multicarrier Parcel Management Solutions. @Gartner_inc forecasts global parcel delivery volumes to rise by over 33% by 2031. As that volume grows, carrier complexity grows with it: more networks, more rate structures, more points in the flow where a wrong decision shows up as a missed delivery or an undeliverable parcel. Shipsy built MCPMS, a Multi-Carrier Management solution for this: a cloud-native platform that orchestrates parcel shipping across 3PLs, couriers, and carriers, with 240+ parcel, LTL, and same-day carriers pre-onboarded. At the core of MCPMS is an AI carrier allocation engine that scores every carrier on cost, SLA, and predicted performance, assigning the right one before a label prints. Real-time tracking updates go to customers as shipments move, a Communication Agent handles where-is-my-order queries before they reach the support team, and an AI-native address checker continuously validates, corrects, and updates address and master data across the network. This is the principle Shipsy builds on. A unified AI-native core detects the exception, decides the fix within set guardrails, and executes it, while humans handle calls that require judgment. That core is AgentFleet, Shipsy's AI workforce: AI co-workers organized around the roles operations teams run every day. To the operators running MCPMS in production across retail, e-commerce, and 3PL in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, thank you. Shipsy has crossed $25M in ARR, more than doubling in twelve months. A milestone earned by our teams and the customers who trusted us with their operations. The number that tells the fuller story is 158% net revenue retention across enterprise accounts. Existing customers expanding, not just new logos. That happens when production outcomes hold and logistics teams find more problems worth solving on the same platform. These are some of the world's most complex supply chains. In production deployments across Europe, the UK, the Middle East, Australia, the Americas, and India, the pattern is consistent: systems that close exceptions outperform systems that only surface them. The ops teams that have made the shift are not going back. What this milestone signals is where enterprise logistics investment is heading next — away from visibility platforms and toward systems that act. @EconomicTimes and @YourStoryCo explore the bigger story behind the number. Check it out below : economictimes.indiatimes.com… yourstory.com/2026/05/logist… @SohamChokshi @dhr00v #Logistics #AINative #SupplyChain

Benedikt Fischer and Janne Schilling from @Heineken joined us at @Gartner_inc Symposium 2025 to share how they are collaborating with Shipsy to solve for end-to-end visibility across both primary and secondary logistics. This year visit our booth to know what the outcomes are, how we have helped teams sitting in Brazil get real-time visibility of over 200,000 trips. Come see AI co-workers take real actions at Booth #521 from May 18-20. #GartnerSymposium2026 #AgentFleet

The model isn't the moat in enterprise AI. Verifiability is. Workflows split two ways: where you can prove the agent got it right, and where you can't. The first compounds. The second feels cool. At @Shipsy_AI we build the verification layer before the agent.
