Six months after my Paris-Berlin flight was cancelled for technical reasons, @AirFrance @AFnewsroom @airfrancefr confirmed in writing on 23 May that my EC 261 compensation (ref: C-10621408) had been sent to my account.
Despite submitting my full bank details three times (with official certificates), the portal keeps looping back to “information needed” and no payment has arrived after over 6 weeks.
This is taking far too long. Can someone please escalate? DM open for details.
Before you book: if anything goes wrong, expect months of document loops even after they admit liability in writing. Speaking from six documented months of experience. C-10621408.

@airfrance @AFnewsroom How does a claim you approved in writing take 6 months? Your disruption forced me to buy replacement tickets. Bank details submitted multiple times, portal confirms receipt, then asks again. C-10621408, the DGAC receives this file within days, not weeks

امبارح حصل معايا موقف لو اتحكالي ممكن مصدقوش كان في واحد بيشتري ادوية من الصيدلية وكانت غالية شوية من ضمنهم صنف ب 700 جنيه مكنش موجود اصلا والدكتور قاله يجي ياخده بكرا اول ما الراجل خرج من باب الصيدلية وهو مهموم من سعر الدوا دخل واحد اقسم بالله في نفس الوقت...
