The 2027 MetroWest YMCA Boston Marathon team. Getting ready for another long winter of training. Glad to run again with Paul and Adam, great to meet the new runners. Stay tuned!

Yesterday, Vogalonga, 30km on rowing boats!

What a day at the 2026 Boston Marathon! Together we did it: we raised more than 93,000$ for the kids and families at the Metrowest YMCA. Thank you all for your support!

Honored to meet a living piece of women's and sport history: Bobbi Gibb, the first woman to run the Boston Marathon, 60 years ago. Back in 1966, the longest sanctioned race for female athletes for 1.5 miles due to supposed physiological differences.

The weather will be warmer soon, but in the meantime one can train with snow-shoes. Only a few weeks to race day. Let's celebrate together: music with @newtalians tomorrow (Saturday 7th) 8pm at Village Social Club in Brookline.

Let's do it for them! Your donations support the early education programs at @metrowestymca. I went to meet them and we read the story of Strega Nona. We have almost reached our $10,000 goal. You can help at givengain.com/project/diego-…

Yesterday no running due to the storm, so I dug a maze in the backyard. Does this count as a cross-training workout? We are only a few hundred dollars from our $10,000 goal for @metrowestymca. Donate at the link in bio!

The cold weather brings surprises every time. Crystal Lake is frozen solid and you can run around or on it!

Today felt almost tropical: sunny, no wind, above freezing, passable sidewalks. This is what counts as a "perfect day for a run" in this area. Behind me, the lake covered in snow is really gorgeous.
