Elderly people of Ward 11 Nkomazi have volunteered to guard at the back of Goba Primary School, a Voting Station.
The fence of the school is broken and can leave room for smuggling of ballot boxes. They are saying they will sit next to the broken fens until the counting of the votes is done.
Thank you people of Goba VD for protecting your votes. 🙏

This is what will happen starting next week: the parties you vote for will all disappear, and the only party anyone will talk about is the EFF. Then, your 'ghosts' will reappear in 2028, campaigning for 2029

DA 🔥🙆🏿♂️looks like we going to have whites leading again 2.0 the return of DA

2024 National results snapshot (ANC 40.2%, DA 21.8%, MK 14.6%; 58.6% turnout):
Bottom Line
• Volume so far: 2026’s ~12 million by 5 pm already equals the entire 2021 election.
• Percentage: On track to exceed 2021’s low but still reflecting longer-term voter apathy versus the mid-to-high 50s of 2011/2016.
• Party picture: Too early for official leads. Pre-election polling and the 2021/2024 trend point to further ANC decline and more fragmented results (especially metros).
Live official updates remain at the IEC LGE 2026 dashboard. Final declared results will give the cleanest comparison.

DA is not rigging, all white people vote, they don't play. ActionSA thinks tweeting counts as voting
We are about to see people talking about rigging because they think tweets mean something
The EFF is okay and always will be, we just need to go vote as black people

I am proud of my political home, @EFFSouthAfrica. You were organized, you planned and executed. You went to communities to listen, you made commitments, and you delivered some even while outside government.
We are grateful to our leadership, the Central Elections Task Force and everyone who played a role in preparing for #LGE2026.
To all ward councillor and mayoral candidates, your innovation, leadership and organizational skills made this one of our best campaigns. You gave it your all. We are proud of you. Now we await the results, but whatever the outcome, you did your best. #VictoryOrDeath #EFF

Why should taverns and clubs stay open late while healthcare clinics shut their doors on our people? Under the EFF government, this changes immediately! Clinics will run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a doctor on site and an ambulance ready to respond.
Equal access to medical care for all! Today we take a decisive step toward real change. #VoteEFF2026LGE. #24HourClinics. #ServiceDelivery. #EFFManifesto

Done and dusted! 🗳️
We cast our votes for clean water, reliable electricity, tarred roads, and a better, brighter future for the next generation. Our children deserve to grow up in communities that work for them! #QualityServiceDelivery
