Stayed at @HamptonByHilton Stansted Wednesday, booked rooms were not connecting as booked but in their own corridor for just them rooms. Door was not secure, maintenance never came. Guest safety was not priority are you another @Travel_Lodge ?
nice one @TheAA_UK breakdown at 3 get told 16:25, then 18:15 then 16:35 and 6 minutes from arrival you change to 19:40 over 4 hours for disabled person

@Butlins Having an OK time with first Butlins stay but in all this heat there is a need to open doors and windows. But we cant. We reported patio door failure and told 2 hours. 15 hours later and not done. Disabled family and baking thank god 365 was air conditioned. 😡
