If I was still getting paid to write, and lordy Paid Me was a looong time ago, I'd put something together about how performative the fake crowd is at Boiler Room-type streams and how little it has to do with a real crowd in a real disco.
And how some of these internet DJs can get a shock when having to go on the road and do it for real.
But now I just post it here and within 24 hrs one of the big sites will get ChatGPT or an intern to do a beige version that is all about the clickbait title.
My my, but things are so very odd in the world right now.
