Not many active DTC Twitter bros from Europe, but still putting this out there:
Tons of ecom/DTC brands in the UK & EU are collapsing right now. 🫠
If you’re one of the folks who lost your job and still love the game, DM me! 📥

Repost this for visibility 🙏💪🚀
As a brand owner, how much would you pay if you could get a 50% hit rate (2/4 creatives) on creative production?
No agency bs, just a solo freelancer who handles everything from A-Z.
Strategy, casting, briefing, filming, editing, delivery, iterations etc.
**Hit rate being a winning creative that scales to 5 figures a day within 2-3 weeks, and 6 figures in spend after the first month at a profitable cac.
There’s this saying:
“Take your time... but hurry up.”
Every agency I know?
Just HURRIES.
Every offer is deliverable-based.
Majority of their ads fucking suck.
They're all using copywriting formulas.
Fine for beginners.
Terrible for teams doing volume.
When you're churning out 15 ads
with 5 variations
for 8 different clients...
Your hit rate is going to be VERY low.
I've lived it. As a writer. A strategist. CD & A partner.
You’ve gotta ship.
So you rush.
Everything gets rushed:
The research...
The audience insight...
Offer congruency...
The script feels like AI wrote it on a timer...
If you're a brand or agency owner,
you can probably feel this in your chest.
Because here’s the truth:
MAYBE 1 in 15 ads is decent enough to scale to $1K/day
MAYBE 1 in 150 is good enough to scale to $10K/day
And most of the time 1 ad carries the entire account
Then everyone spends time trying to replicate it,
rather than understand how to make it happen again with
INTENTION.
Bro, i've been guilty of this too.
But slow down and ask yourself:
Are you building one great ad…
or wasting time on 149 garbage ones?
What’s the real problem?
ATD.
Fucking Attention To Detail.
If you’ve been in the game for more than 6 months,
you know I’m right.
Yet most teams?
Still buckshotting creative.
Still skipping the details:
Is the angle simple and sharp?
Is the hook original and congruent to the script?
Is the entire script A-1?
Does the creator actually fit?
Are the visuals matching the vibe?
Is the offer frictionless?
No amount of testing saves a lazy ad.
Now imagine you actually slowed down.
You’d save money.
You’d save time.
You’d save your brand.
If you’re ready to build one incredible ad
instead of betting on 50 bad ones—
Shoot me a DM.
You should be hosting Creator Houses.
They’re a ton of work:
Planning
Creator sourcing
Venue sourcing
Scripting and ideating all concepts
Admin with creators
And then performing come shoot day
BUT… we probably got enough footage to pump out creative for the next 6 months…
in just 4 hours on site.
There are just so many pros to shooting with multiple creators:
- it’s cost effective
- collaboration is crazy
- you get an insane amount of footage
- you make real connections and develop a network locally
- it’s fun af
- you come up with incredible ideas on the go
My goal is to shoot content like this every month.
Here’s a little video I cut together from one of the skits I wrote.
***I’m not a video editor so don’t judge me lmao***
All of these european/asian brands are about to lose all their US customers. No one wants to pay for a product, pay the brand shipping, and then pay a ridiculous import tax on top of that. Massive opportunity for those who have localized supply chain and manufacturing in the states.
Media buyers/strategists:
I’m looking for examples of creatives for completely unaware audiences.
No selling, strictly sticky and educational angles that keep viewers engaged for more than 75% of the video.
Outcome over mechanism focused.
Anyone have any solid examples?
Political dick riders are the weirdest. Trump & Kamala are both trash options for average Americans, because the parties associated are not governed by average Americans.
We should be allowed to vote on policy outright - not the weird gatekeeping ego driven poli-talking-heads.
