Yoruba conservative grassroots land campaign and reorientation for Yoruba people For the generations after us Yoruba of today not to become lost and confused worthless people on their ancestral lands, dear Yorubas please stop selling your land to non Yorubas We’re hopping that after all of this awareness our six Governors in southwest will step in to do the right thing to safeguard our people from selling lands to non Yorubas And we will continue reorienting our people, while we hope our leaders step up and safeguard our lands across Yoruba land #Iseilu #TYF @ThinkYoruba_1st
It’s my deep concern that Yoruba people must stop selling lands to non Yorubas, it’s time our six governors in southwest help put right policy in the control of mass migrations of non Yoruba coming to Yoruba land because it has to come our notice. Continue reading 2nd👉🏽

Border control should included to Mr-President reforms to come No biometric data base, anyone can come to your region without a place to stay while theyre not in any system. Transfer their culture to another pple space n start moving without order. We can’t continue like this😯

Our demography in Lagos in 80s/90s to what we have now? We are becoming minority on our ancestral land bcuz of mass migration from other region. Their leaders will not put things in place n its not some flex for Lagos but systematic displacement n erasure of lagos aborigines👂🏾
This advocacy have to continue across Yoruba-land. Our future to make it next generation have a lot to do wit Yorubas understanding the danger of selling land. Things is crazy terrible on ground to say the least but before the greedy bring war to Yorubaland in name selling land

People who are above-average in intelligence and highly aware NEVERRR want to tell anyone what’s going on in their life. Or else it’s life threatening situation, they dislike showing off and remain low-key. Privacy is luxury.

Most of you know this story, but none of you have heard it from me. Back in September 2018, Femi Hamzat wanted to be Governor of Lagos State. He had thirteen years of public service under Asiwaju and BRF, with the record and backing to win. Then party leaders asked him to step aside for me. It takes a rare man to put down what he wants without nursing a grudge. Femi shook my hand and five weeks later, agreed to run beside me. I have never forgotten that. Anyone can read a CV but only the person in the room with a man when the cameras leave can tell you who he really is. For 2,711 days, I have been in that room with him. When COVID-19 hit, when we faced our hardest weeks, when the Blue and Red Lines ran and when the Lekki Deep Sea Port opened, Femi was there. Long before any ribbon was cut, he was asking the tough questions an engineer asks. In many states, deputies are kept in reserve. On day one, Femi promised to be the best deputy governor in Lagos history. He kept his word. In seven years, there has not been a single day I wondered whose side he was on. We have had one government, one direction, and one voice. Lagos runs on a relay system. The baton is never passed to a runner standing still. You run at full speed inside the exchange zone, together, before the pass. That is how Lagos has been governed for 27 years, from Asiwaju to BRF, to Ambode, to me. Femi is a deputy governor like no other. He built the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge under Fashola, digitized government under Asiwaju and holds a doctorate in engineering. His father served Lateef Jakande. This is in his blood. Critics say Lagos keeps choosing from the same pool. I say Lagos trains its people. With major projects underway and a master plan stretching to 2052, this is not the time to experiment. What Femi presents today is not a campaign promise cooked up on a bus, it is the next leg of a race we have been running since 1999. Lagos does not hand the baton to a man standing still. Today, you have seen the man who is already running. Let us move forward together with The Lagos PROMISE.

I have been privileged to serve alongside my brother, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, as Deputy Governor for over seven years. Today, I seek your mandate to lead Lagos as Governor under our party, the APC. This election is consequential. I am here not just to ask for your vote but to earn your trust and share a vision for a better Lagos. I grew up in a family shaped by public service. My father, Alhaji Mufutau Hamzat, served in the Lagos State House of Assembly and as Commissioner for Transportation under Governor Lateef Jakande. My years in government have taught me that a society is measured by how it treats its most vulnerable. I remember a ten-year-old boy we rescued from under Oshodi Bridge after he ran away from an unsafe home. That experience strengthened my resolve to build a Lagos where every child is protected, regardless of background. Today, I present The Lagos PROMISE, Ileri Eko. A promise is a debt. As we say, ‘Gbese ni Ileri.’ Guided by Iteriba (Respect), Ise (Work) and Otito (Truth), my vision rests on seven pillars: People First, Renewal, Opportunity, Machinery of Government, Inclusion, Security and Resilience, and Everyday Dignity. Building on the legacies of our past leaders and the THEMES Plus agenda, my plan focuses on accessible healthcare, quality education, jobs, affordable housing, better transport, security and accountable governance. We will strengthen hospitals, schools and healthcare services, support businesses, equip young people with relevant skills, expand road, rail and water transport, improve housing and protect our environment. But promises must be measurable. The Lagos PROMISE contains 100 pledges, including 87 firm commitments, each backed by a public scorecard. Accountability begins within my first 100 days. I ask you to read the PROMISE, question it and hold me accountable. Lagos has given me a lifetime of work. Today, I give Lagos my PROMISE.
