A device that I haven't used in a couple of months

Here's a video of an unusual behavior I captured on my device Thursday last week. Note the number of "Signal Connection" (=verified) contacts I have never seen before, along with two VoIP call attempts.

At least in the 🇳🇱, if you pay for private things, it is super efficient and fast. I got an MRI + radiologist with a couple of days' notice (the alternative was "you don't need one yet") and a psychiatrist for ADHD in the same week. The alternative was "adhdcentrum" for which I got a referral from my GP with an (as of now) 73 *weeks* waiting time!!! Not a joke: adhdcentraal.nl/OHRA/ The sad part is that this private psychiatrist charged me (and rightfully so) double of what I would've paid in the U.S. So we end up getting "free healthcare" but in reality you gonna die 5 times before getting your doctor OR you gonna pay way more than countries without a subsidized healthcare. Good things don't come for free.
