Absolutely!!! And PLEASE can the neonatologist advising on it be a CURRENTLY practising clinician?? There will no doubt be nuances here that won’t be picked up by people who have been sitting in offices for years!!

Would any of my paediatric surgery or neurosurgery colleagues like to respond to the suggestion that we are psychopaths? @BAPS1953 @The_SBNS
'Did she have had flashes of insight into the evil of what she was doing?' 'Why was she so incredibly good at appearing to be normal?' @richardm56 asks Dr David Holmes, a criminal psychologist about what Lucy Letby's state of mind was likely like during her heinous crimes.

This is appalling to hear from our first female @BMA_GP chair @DrFJameel and it is absolutely right that the BMA is investigating. Nobody should go to work and be excluded or held back because of their gender. (1/2)

You modelled 'having the courage to have difficult conversations' beautifully @OrthopodReg!

Anyone who facilitates meetings or finds themselves having to organise the team away day should look at this fantastic free resource. It's the library of 1,000 facilitation techniques from @SessionLab. I use it often for ideas for sessions I'm leading: sessionlab.com/library

Research into organisations/teams that have implemented "meeting free" days at work. It showed that "no-meeting" days improve autonomy, communication & engagement, resulting in decreased micromanagement & stress, which caused productivity to rise sloanreview.mit.edu/article/… V @mitsmr

No, reader, I did not report any of them. Because - I was warned not to - I was gaslit about what was happening - I was told I was lucky/privileged to get the attention - I was told women did this deliberately to get onto training programs - I saw reporting fail other women

Please help @clarkshelp @clarksshoes - bought these boots a couple of months ago, worn 5-10 times and the leather has come away from the sole. Clearly manufacturing defect - looking for replacement or full refund. Store manager unable to help, to my surprise.

Thank you for supporting this conversation @OrthopodReg @beckybeckyfish. The range of experiences - from grooming of trainees and preying on their vulnerability and exhaustion right through to outright rape - is so distressingly common.

Can you guess who's wearing a mask at this vaccination centre? Or rather, can you guess who isn't?
