Yes, this is my real hair. Itโs very long, thick, and naturally curly. No extensions, no perm, just the hair God gave me.
My family has told me I need to wad it up when we go places because it seems like everywhere we go, somebody stops me or makes a comment about my hair.
I wear it up around the house a lot, but when I go shopping or somewhere, I like to let it down. I donโt wear it down to get attention. Itโs just how I like my hair.
I understand it gets noticed, but why should I have to keep it put up just so people wonโt say something?
God gave me this hair, and Iโm thankful for it. Iโm not trying to show off or draw attention to myself. Iโm just being me.
I guess I just donโt see why I should have to hide something God blessed me with. โค๏ธ
