Good. Gold buying fuels botting and RMT and turns an MMO economy into pay to win shit show, so Blizzard should make the penalty hurt. Permanent account loss is reasonable only if their detection and appeals process are rock solid, because nuking a 20 year account on a false positive would be insane.
At the very least I'm not alone. My first appeal got denied. Mind you, I'm all for banning gold buyers and sellers. But a permanent ban for unsolicited money is dangerous territory by the #WoWforever team
