empathy burnout is so real i'm tired of understanding people

me acting helpful in kitchen so i don't have to sit with the guests

me googling the number that called me instead of answering it like an adult

when i spend my money trying something new on the menu & it tastes bad

me removing the notification while showing a video to my mum

how it feels to have a friend who doesn't require constant texting to maintain friendship cause we both understand life gets busy

the fact that people can see me makes me kind of uncomfortable not gonna lie
