Thank you @AvantiWestCoast for your kind hospitality and for supporting Veterans on the WCML. Almost back home in Edinburgh after a long and emotional #RemembranceDay
What an honour today was - paying my marks of respect this #RemembranceDay with the #FightingWithPride @fightingwpride Veterans on the 25th Anniversary year of the Lifting of the Ban on LGBT Service.
Dear @CrossCountryUK please can you explain why you have refused to refund my train ticket for a journey that you cancelled due to last Friday’s red weather warning? Your helpdesk, didn’t help, they hung up instead!

Sandi is going where many celebrities dare not tread. Now, say what you will, she is a truly brave woman standing up to the school yard bullies like JK Rowling and Sharron Davies. Thank you Sandi, xx

"The Naval Reserves have won the same number of Victoria Crosses as the Parachute Regiment and Royal Marines combined." ⚓️
But what are they for in the modern world, and what's the right balance of investment?
Really good article.

It goes without saying that I am also thinking of the family of those involved. They will be suffering tonight.
I just needed to say thank you for the professionalism and compassion that @CrossCountryUK staff on the 1409 from BPW displayed today in tragic circumstances. Thinking of your driver, your crew, @BTP, @WMPolice and @OFFICIALWMAS responders. Thoughts and prayers go out to all.

I do not blame anyone leaving this site, given what it has become.
But as long as there are charlatans lying about the law and undermining our justice system, I’ll be here, banging my tiny lawsplaining drum, churning out Legal Live Tweets and laying some truth on yo sorry asses.

Free legal advice:
You don’t have to attend a riot to be prosecuted for conspiracy to riot. You don’t have to be present at a terrorist incident to be guilty of encouraging it.
A lot of Twitter warriors will be getting some unpleasant knocks on the door over the coming weeks.

Some are angry about the "anti-Christian depiction of the last supper" at the Olympic Opening ceremony. (@elonmusk and @realDonaldTrump among others)
A Dutch art historian explains it's not the last supper but a Dutch painting of the Olympic gods.
And I explain what I loved.
