Further from NASCAR on the Larson photo showing him on the yellow line (not below, in their view): If any part of the tire is still on the line, it's not a penalty. They're saying both tires have to be fully below the yellow line. (I'm just telling you what they said.)

#NASCAR... For those of you (like myself) hoping @CoreyHeim_ would continue to use the No. 67 in 2027, after winning two races in it, @DennyHamlin says on Actions Detrimental that Heim had the choice, but the car will be No. 35. "He says [the No. 67] is a stupid, goofy number."
