Okay PT twitter: I’ve suffered TMJ for many, many years. Now I have had lock jaw 2x this week in the middle of the day (1x for an hour, 2x for a few minutes). I haven’t had locked jaw in MANY years. I never wake up with pain in the morning. Any advice/tips? #PTtwitter #TMJ

Feeling VERY frustrated with my final clinical selection options. I would love to be in inpatient but the only Inpatient option near me isn’t even a guaranteed choice. How are we required as students to get a diverse clinical experience when the options are so limited? – at New York, USA

Taught my patient w/ severe fear of falling how to get on/off of the floor today with her prosthesis. The immediate increase in her self efficacy was palpable and measurable: faster gait speed, step-through gait, upward gaze… a SMILE!

The students of the APTA are here. They can't vote (yet), but they're here. And they belong here. And they're working to create change. We, as the HOD, need to help facilitate this change and a better association for them - as well as for us and future generations.
