Thames Water is borrowing Β£2.4bn at 10% interest so it can keep funding dividends, even though bosses know it won't be able to repay the money when the company goes tits up. This is corrupt and the government should make it clear that taxpayers won't pick up the tab.

The UK is increasing the Pension age to 68.
Poland has lowered theirs to 60 for women and 65 for men.
Their pension provides a better standard of living too.
(Oh and in case you are wondering how it can be afforded the Polish Government privatised very little.)
