I don’t want to lie and say it was easy becoming a spine surgeon. It wasn’t. I worked hard and appreciated the support from my husband, family and friends. There were plenty of moments I wondered if I made the right choice.

I am so proud to be a member of @AAHKS. We met with multiple members of Congress, CMS and HHS to stop the cuts to the physician fee schedule that will limit access for Medicare beneficiaries, increase consolidation, and drive up healthcare costs. Here’s to the bipartisan letter!
