If you had to pick just one sauce from this board to upgrade your burger, which one takes the crown?
Nothing kills a solid smash burger faster than a weak condiment, but the right spread completely transforms the whole bite.
Drop your go-to choice below and let's settle this debate.

🚨 ANNOUNCEMENT! 🚨
Fresh off the amazing turn-out and support for the Clash of Champions PvP tournament, we've got something special launching later this week when we host our Halloween stream starting at 12 PM PT on October 30.
Introducing the Lightkeeper Collection! We're bringing back fan-favorite Bungie Foundation incentives so you can snag rewards from the past while helping make a difference for kids and communities around the world.
A rotating selection of classic items will be available for donation on Tiltify each month. Don't see what you're looking for in Vol. 1? Let us know which incentives you'd like to see in future editions!
Our goal with the Lightkeeper Collection is to create a program that not only allows supporters to donate for items they missed in the past but also gives fundraisers tools to support the Foundation and work toward their lifetime fundraising goals outside of our major campaigns.
Funds raised from this program will help support our work across children's health and well-being, humanitarian aid and inclusion, diversity & equity. You will help us grow our network of Little Lights hospitals, make more Make-A-Wish kids’ dreams a reality and allow our humanitarian partners to be on the ground quicker to serve communities in the wake of disaster.
Lightkeeper Collection Volume 1 will be available for donation via Tiltify starting at 12 PM PT on 10/30 and run through 11/30 at 11:59 PM PT. Volume 2 will launch with a new slate of fan-favorite incentives for donation on 12/1 at 10 AM PT.
As with everything we do, this will be community led, so if there's an incentive you think we should prioritize bringing back or something we could do to enhance this program, please give us a shout. Our work is made possible by the amazing generosity of this community, and we want to work in collaboration with you all to continue to grow our impact ❤️

Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
For the Noodles:
12 oz (340g) wide rice noodles or lo mein noodles
1 lb (450g) ground beef
2 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Sauce:
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
½–1 tsp red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
For Finishing:
3 green onions, sliced (white and green parts separated)
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Cook the noodles. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook noodles according to package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup noodle water, then drain and set aside.
Make the sauce. Whisk soy sauce, hoisin, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, garlic, and ginger together in a small bowl.
Brown the beef. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add ground beef and break it up. Cook 4–5 minutes until deeply browned and crispy in spots. Add the white parts of the green onions and cook 1 minute.
Add the sauce. Pour the sauce into the skillet. Let it bubble and reduce 2–3 minutes until glossy and coating the beef.
Toss with noodles. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together, adding reserved noodle water a splash at a time if needed to loosen the sauce and help it cling to every strand.
Finish. Remove from heat. Top with green onion greens, toasted sesame seeds, and cilantro if using. Serve immediately.
Tips
High heat is the whole game — it gives the beef those crispy, caramelized edges.
Don't drain the beef fat — it carries flavor and helps the sauce coat the noodles.
Toss fast once noodles hit the pan — they soak up sauce quickly and can stick.
Variations
Swap ground beef for ground pork, turkey, or crumbled tofu.
Add broccoli florets, snap peas, or shredded carrots for extra veg.
Double the sauce if you like things extra glossy and saucy.

Pancake Sausage Breakfast Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) bulk breakfast sausage
- 2 cups (240 g) buttermilk pancake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) whole milk
- 1/4 cup (55 g) unsalted butter, melted, plus more for the dish
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup, plus more for serving
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups (170 g) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1. Brown the sausage: Crumble the sausage into a large skillet over medium heat and cook, breaking it up as you go, until no pink remains and it reaches 160°F on a thermometer, about 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
2. Heat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a 9x13-inch baking dish.
3. Whisk the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Add the pancake mix: Whisk in the pancake mix, cinnamon, and salt just until the big lumps disappear. A few small lumps keep the crumb tender.
5. Layer the pan: Pour half the batter into the prepared dish, scatter the browned sausage and half the cheese over it, then pour the remaining batter on top and scatter on the rest of the cheese.
6. Bake until set: Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until puffed, golden, and set in the center, with a thermometer in the middle reading at least 160°F. Rest 5 minutes before slicing into squares.
