According to @DeptVetAffairs, 10-20% of veterans will experience post-traumatic stress (PTS) at some point in their life.
Experiencing symptoms of PTS does not mean that there is anything wrong or broken about you. PTS is a response to trauma, but doesn't define who you are.
Info about our new study, testing a method for treating PTSD that has been incredibly popular with service members and veterans.
