Did a race to see if I can beat Subterranean Animism (Touhou 11) before my girlfriend could beat Subterranean Animism (Geometry Dash level). I am making this post to say she is an awesome person who is much better than me at video games. Tweeting this was the condition if I lost.
Testing different video encoders' performance on Touhou replays for a blog post, and mistakenly included AV2 in my tests underestimating how long it'd take.
If you thought 30fps was unbearable, wait til you see 30 seconds per frame. I'll probably have that blog post out by 2029.

i dont think i ever considered for a moment that mamizou's pipe had anything other than weed in it. like just look at her.
my follower count is nearly too large to express in an 8 bit integer. take that twitter servers soon i'm about to waste a whole second byte of your storage!
I hate guides that assume you have no knowledge in the field so much it's so hard to motivate myself to start reading when 90% of the early pages is stuff I've known for years and the other 10% is things I know so little about that if I accidentally skip any of them I'm fucked.

can we admit Touhou was never actually good and we're all forcing ourselves to like it? like the writing is so bad and the characters are stupid maybe they would be good if they were highly intelligent gorillas with a bubble shield and tesla cannons who jump really high idk
anyone happen to know if DXVK works for Touhou games on windows too? id check myself but i'd have to set up a windows partition on my PC to test it which is torture
You could probably monitor how busy knifemakers are in the human village as a sort of Pentagon Pizza Index system to tell if an incident is about to occur in Gensokyo, because it probably means some final boss is buying them up en masse.
been considering making a touhou rp account for ages bc it seems fun but i feel like id be terrible at it, is it difficult

1. cool song! i'll give their other stuff a look since i don't know enough about this genre.
2. it's not intentional, idk who this is specifically but i am straight up just not good at talking to people. even more so with initiating conversation.
