Me: Iām moving.
AT&T: Where are you moving to?

Me: Well, itās not part of MY process. Iām asking you to cancel my service, not help me move.
AT&T: Iāll need your new address to proceed.
Me: You know what? Forget I said I was moving. Iām not moving anywhere. I simply want to cancel my service.
AT&T: Can you provide a reason for cancellation?
Me: Absolutely. Please document that AT&T is nosy, intrusive, unnecessarily complicated, and apparently believes canceling a service requires surrendering my future whereabouts.

The language surrounding health insurance is Orwellian.
It's called "insurance" but premiums don't adjust for your individual risk.
You have "coverage" that may or may not cover anything at all.
You have "preventive care" which is really a zero-price sales visit to get you hooked on meds.
It's a "benefit" you get from work but neither you nor your employer has a choice but to buy it.
There is a "co-pay" and "deductible" but means what you actually pay.
You get "wellness checkups" that are more likely to result in making you sicker.
Also, it is called "affordable" ā the biggest joke of all.

Mebendazole is a decades-old drug antiparasitic and anti-wormer. It is available at Tractor Supply for dogs for ~$80.00 for the same dosage. I happened to have a stash ordered from alldaychemist.com for less than $70.00 (for 60 100mg tablets).

šÆ%. The dissing of all in any group only increases divisionāthe opposite of what we need. I assure you there are many Boomers such as myself who want what younger generations want. After all, we have children and grandchildren.
One thing I strenuously object to is this generational indictment of baby boomers who allegedly donāt care about younger generations, donāt care about inflation, donāt care about debt, real estate values, etc. None of that is true. Iāve been fighting excessive spending all my life as a conservative and we havenāt been able to stop it, but thatās not a generational problem. Itās political and those of us, and there are legions of conservative boomers, have been trying all our live to stop it. We should not be blamed, generationally, for the crashing effect of spending on inflation and the debt. Also, the younger generation should understand that we are in an existential battle with hostile, evil countries like Iran and ultimately we are protecting them even more than ourselves because if this lunatic Gi hottest regime gets a nuke that changes everything. This isnāt about selfishness or diverting our resources to some foreign cause or interventionism it is about preserving the United States existentially. Not to mention that the runaway border, lawlessness, spending, inflation, racial tension, social issue chaos and almost every other terrible thing is from Democrats not from boomers. We just make for a convenient scapegoat and thatās just lazy thinking. Our kids after all or younger, so why would we not care about them? Iām not denying that they really believe this way with the help of Groypers who have lied to them, but I have an obligation to push back on some of these things, respectfully
