Through iDiscovr, I’ve also partnered with A&R Listening Room which is also partnered with WeTalkSound. That relationship has given me another way to engage with the business of discovering and developing talent.

Building iDiscovr has made me think about the infrastructure around creative work: how talent gets recognised, and what happens after discovery. I want to understand more of that business from the inside. That’s why this opportunity matters to me. dubem-roan.vercel.app

I’ve even put together a Talent Acceleration & A&R Operations Blueprint specifically for WTS. It’s one way of showing that my interest goes beyond wanting to work there; I’ve been thinking about how I could contribute.

We need to make mirrors with artificial intelligence We can put on in the gym and show a fat person what they can look like in different weight grades. Or put on in the barbers shop to show people different styles of hair on their head. All 4k realistic.
