Turns out, the PW517 pen can be upgraded to the newer PW550. That's the pen included in most 2nd Gen Huion Kamvas tablets. I upgraded to a PW550S on my 2021 Kamvas 13 and the difference in pressure control and initial activation force is day and night.

Cursed project I came up with in the middle of the night. A docsite hosted on GitHub, but it's actually a drawing guide. I'm not an expert, but the idea is taking my own notes from different courses, workshops and books and share the knowledge in an organized way. Not ready yet.

You know what's funny about AI "artists"? They've been "polishing" their "skills" for a few years now, when they could just take a few courses and have a decent level by now. They're clearly interested in art, yet they don't want to go through the effort of actually learning.

I'm really trying to like Krita because I love open source, but the default behaviors and shortcuts feel like they were designed by an absolute psychopath. So far, the Zoldyako's Darker Blue theme makes it feel cozier.
