Prosecutors say that Siders Sr. is out on a recognizance bail so that he can be treated for a serious medical condition.
As of now, he is the only member of the Siders family to be released. The other three are still being held on $300,000 bond.
Vinton County Prosecutor William Archer says Gary Siders Sr.'s bond has been modified due to medical care concerns.
