I just had the greatest experience of my life.
I'm still on cloud 9, and I don't think I want to come down.
This weekend I stood in a crowd of about 400,000 people in Monza and watched a 19-year-old kid named Kimi Antonelli win the Italian Grand Prix. The first Italian to win it there in 60 years.
By lap 18, he was already in the lead, trading places with his own teammate George Russell half a dozen times. Around half distance, the virtual safety car came out. George stayed out. Kimi pitted and came back out sixth, about 12 seconds behind him.
Then he started chasing him down. Three laps from the end, he took the lead for good and finished 3 seconds ahead. In his home Grand Prix.
I watched a kid's dream come true right in front of me.
And then something happened I still can't believe. Out of tens of thousands of people, that same kid grabbed my selfie stick, the camera I bought a week ago just for this trip, and filmed a video on it.
That's when it hit me. I wasn't only watching his dream come true. I was watching mine come true at the same time.
My dad put F1 in front of me before I could remember a time without it. We used to wake up at 4 in the morning just to watch a race running on the other side of the world. He's not here to see this one. May he rest in peace.
Standing right next to me was the best friend I've had for 30 years. The same guy I crashed a coupe with when we were 18, a coupe painted that exact Ferrari red. He flew in from another country because I asked him to. My wife was there through all of it.
We lost my grandma this year, right in the middle of so much good. May she rest in peace.
And 2026 has still been one of the best years of my life.
I keep coming back to one thing.
None of this found me by accident.
There was a version of my life where I waited, where I let the market, the fear, and everyone else decide what I was allowed to have. I didn't choose that one.
I made the hard decisions. I took control of my own life instead of asking permission to live it.
Even that camera was a bet. I bought it not knowing if it was the right call. Then a future world champion picked it out of a sea of people.
This weekend I got to go stand right in the middle of the life I built. In Monza. With the people who made me who I am.
I am so grateful. Just so BLESSED.

Fun Fact:
San Francisco has spent $20 billion fighting homelessness since 2020.
They have ~8,300 homeless today.
That budget is $2.4 MILLION per homeless person.
Taxes have never been about helping the poor.

Veteran Affairs pulled benefits for many J6 defendants before their trials.
Although the agency claimed it was an error, it was one of the many layers to their lawfare.
The goal was to make veterans go broke before their trials—forcing them to accept a bad plea agreement.
I’m still suing the VA for documents & internal communications related to this.
The VA is refusing to comply.

Presidential "preemptive pardons" definitely need to be challenged and the Constitution amended if necessary to exclude them.
Essentially, a preemptive pardon gives a president a license to have crimes committed on his behalf.
Theoretically, President Trump could have people in his Administration commit crimes today with the promise of a preemptive presidential pardon tomorrow, so that they never have to face prosecution for their actions.
I don't think this is a power we want ANY president to have and this is certainly not a healthy situation for our republic.
