@LNER good morning, currently in Edinburgh and must travel as have an urgent appointment, if I get a bus to Newcastle can I get on and LNER service and not wait for booked one that’s cancelled from Edinburgh
Ended up on @nationalexpress to Newcastle my tickets says LNER and connections can I go on both LNER and transpennine as that’s my connection post York and some LNER from Newcastle are being cancelled
Complete chaos at Edinburgh @LNER cancelled @CrossCountryUK running, ticket for @CrossCountryUK but can’t get on as letting LNER passengers on! No organisation
