I'm mixed.
On one hand they allow for debt amortization that works in a united families favor, granting capital growth beyond what the financial system can inflate away (theoretically!).
On the other they very idea is a byproduct forced upon us by a short term view on society - with governments and generations alike taking what they can for the now with no regard for the later.
And will likely pump prices even higher - with solutions proposed that favor the now over the long term.
That said building homes meant to stay in your line for 100s of years? Let's have more of that.

This three-part guided resource is designed to help you and your spouse reflect on your individual ambitions, explore what you could build together, and begin developing a shared direction for your family's future.
